Presence of Paramatma in our body.

T                   Ahamatma Gudakesaha sarvabhuthasaya sthiti aha
                   Ahamadischa madyascha BhuthAnamanthaEvacha

The above sloka is said by Lord Sri Krishna  in vibhuthiyoga,
Oh Arjuna I am the universal self ( ViswAthama ),seated in the hearts of all beings. I alone am beginning, middle and also the end of all beings.
Paramatma is the Supreme Self , pervading entire universe  as a Devine  inconceivable super natural entity resembling a mystic magnetic field.  The place where Paramatma resides in the body is Heart. This is crystal clearly mentioned In the above sloka.

" Sarvasyachaham Hrudi sannivishtaha" says Krishns.  This means.....
" I stay in the Heart of every body.,""As Mind, the generator of thoughts and as consciousness.
Whereas, Paramatma  is Supreme self and Supreme consciousness.

                   Anadithva nirgunathwat paramatmaya mavyayaha
Sareerasthopi KownthEyA! na karothi na lipyathe

Arjuna! The Supreme Spirit [ Paramatma ] is ancient, thrigunarahitha! indestructible, and
Unexhausting. Though dwells in everybody, neither contaminates nor acts. Remains a witness.
Then what makes us to react and act??  What reacts??
Moha maya constituted by Satva, rajah, thamo guNas forces us to react and act.
Jeevatma reacts and acts according to the Karma of the embodied soul. I have written in one of my Blogs my interpretation of this Atma,Jeevatma and Paramatma. The Atma when spread everywhere out side the body is Paramatma, but
The same when inside the  body  is Jeevatma. Though the physical format is same for both,
Functional format  is different.
Jeevatma confines to that single embodied soul, the body in which it stays.Maya binds  Jeevatma.
Paramatma  concerns and confines to entire universe.
Maya, the Devine illusion is extremely difficult to surmount, however, those who constantly think or adore Lord alone can break the veil. They can realise the resplendent light [supreme Atma ].

"  Jyothishamapi that jyothhi".  Paramathma is Light only, Jyothirupaha.
In KshEthra kshethragna vibhaga yoga, the presence and performance of Paramatma
Is clearly explained in two slokas.

                       Yadha sarvagatham sowkshmyadakasam nopalipyatE.
                        Sarvathravasthitho DEhE thadaatma nopalipyatE
As all pervading emptispace does'nt adhere us, similarly seated everywhere in the bodyAtma is not affected. Remains onlooker.

                       Yadha prakashayathEkaha krutsnam lokamimam ravihi
KshEthram  Kshetri thadaa krutsnam Prakasayati Bharata.
O Arjuna! As one Sun-illumines this entire world,so the one Atma illumines the whole
Body.  This sloka conforms that the physical format of Atma is nothing else than Bright light.
In 18th chapter, once again Krishna reiterates a fact that God exists in the Hearts of all beings.

                        Eswaraha sarva BhuthAnam HruddEsorjuna thishtathi
                         BhrAmayansarva bhutani YantrarUdhani  MayayA.
O Arjuna! God abides in the heart of all creatures, causing them to revolve according to their
Karma by his Devine illusion, as if those beings are in the vehicle of the body.
God is within our body, with us ,but we are not aware of it. We are not feeling His presence.
Our body is a Temple, God is here in it. Watching us. Witnessing our acts.
Let us keep the temple clean, let us worship Him doing Jap, Thap, let us adore Him with the
incandescent  acts. Thus, let us transform ourself to pure souls, absolutely pure. Let us replicate Godliness.   Let us feel   Aham brahmasmi.
So, ultimately Paramatma and Jeevatma align when one becomes absolutely pure.
[ pure in thought, word, and action.] this is called" Brahmi sthiti" .

Let all of us realise the presence of Paramatma in side ourself and experience the
Spiritual Enlightenment.
