Purushaha

Who is Purusha? In all chapters of Gita, why this word Purusha appears repeatedly and predominantly .The Supreme Devine power who is Lord of this entire universe, is designated as Purusha. Purusha is the "He Man" of the universe. Puru+Sha = the Ancient Supreme being.
Ancient in the sense, time beyond imagination, beyond calculation.
" Purusha suktam" a Vedic hymn which describes and praises Purusha exclusively, mentioned Narayana as  Purusha. These are the attributes given to Narayana who
is the Parama Purusha..........
Narayana :param, Paraha (ultimate Devine being)
Narayanam : brahma tathwam( Narayana is Brahma)
Narayanam: Paramjyothi, Atma (celestial Light and Atma )
Antarbahirchitassarvam vyapthaha (existing inside and outside of all beings )
Narayana: sarvam vyapthaha, sthitha (existing everywhere)
Narayana:  ananthaha, Avyayaha, viswa sambhuvam (is infinite in nature, unexhausting
Narayana: aksharam, paramapadam ( Imperishable and supreme goal)
Narayana is  Viswam, harim. ( Narayana himself is entire Universe, named also Hari )
Narayana Vedaha,  Purushaha (Purusha is Entire Absolute intelligence )
Narayana: Patihi ,ViswAtma, sashwatham ( Ruler and Unchangiable )
Narayana: achyutam, mahagneyam (indestructable absolute knowledge )
Then, how is That Devine supreme power, Narayana, present in this Universe??

Like agarland of lamps, Narayana (Purusha ) is envoloping the entire  universe.
Purusha rests in all beings as bright light.;like jwalamala, Narayana is envoloping the
Viswam.

All above description of Narayana , said in Sri Purusha Suktam is resembling that all said in Gita about Purusha.
Then, how to attain Purusha? ?
Lord Sri Krishna  says,
Oh PArdha ! The supreme being in whom are all beings  and by who  all this is pervaded, is attainable by  one- point devotion, that is by staunch  Bhakti .
Presence of Purusha is clearly expounded in this verse.....

                   Dwavimov Purushorloke ksharakshakshara Evacha
                Kharaha sarvani bhutani kutasthokshara uchyathe

O PArdha! There are two formats for this Purusha in this Universe, Perishable  and
Imperishable. When Purusha is inside the creatures, called Purusha Perishable. While spread
outside the creatures it is called immutable Imperishable. In other words, Jeevatma,
Paramatma are two dispositions of Supreme Purusha.
Paramatma is Purushotthama. Gita says emphatically......
Purushotthama  is immutable and Imperishable.
Purushotthama  is omnipresent and omnipotent.
Purushotthama who is beyond perishable  and even beyond imperishable is the  ultimate Devine supernatural  being spread every where equally in this universe.
This evenly spread  charectoristic is one of the features of Electro magnetic field.
So, Purusha is an exceptionally, extraordinary supernatural Devine, supremely special Magnetic field which is beyond human perception. Purusha is beyond description, unexplainable, and beyond human perception. Those Yogis and saints and GnAnis,Who so ever Realised Purusha are unable to explain That. Why? Why? When they saw
Purusha, they experience the Divinity, they experience an undescribable Bliss, which
Is called Brahmanandam. They reach Brahmi sthiti. Brahmi sthiti is acquired through
Uninterrupted contemplation on God. Only unflinching Bhakti paves way to Mukti (nirvana or realisation of God. )ie Brahmi sthiti. How this Brahmi sthiti is possible?

Purushaha sa Paraha PArdha bhaktya labhyasthwananyaya
Yasyantha sthani bhutani yena sarvamidam thatam.

O PArdha! The supreme Devine being by whom are all being pervaded and in whom are all beings, is attainable only by single point devotion. How? Why?
Concentration at one point without any distraction, converges the Cosmic energy existing in Skys, into that specific point. This is called single point devotion ,which
helps one finally to experience Purusha (Lord of universe ). This is one method of
Dhyana ( meditation ).
Here, Ananya Bhakti is the underlined word. Ananya Bhakti means, undisturbed undeluded Bhakti, absolutely undeluded Bhakti.
Bhakti yoga clubbed with Dhyana yoga helps one to realise Purusha, quickly.
Bhakti is for dedication and dhyana is  for concentration.

In Bhagavadgita ,Narayana is referred  as Purusha or Purushottama or Akshara brahma Or Parabrahma, or Paramatma or Paramdhama.

Purusha ( who is ViswAtma) is named Narayana in Purushasuktam.
But, in every chapter, Gita called the same  Narayana, as Purusha.
Purusha is Narayana, Narayana is Purusha.
" Om Purushaha Narayanah Paraha "

                                            Om tat sat
