Real conditions for self Realisation

All our actions are-dominated, dectated by ThriguNas , which in turn prompted by ones' own Karma.Naturally, all good actions are prompted by  Satva guNa,   Where as bad actions by Rajo guNa. Non can escape this law of Nature. Even, Gods, taken birth on this planet cannot escape themself from this law.
" Thribhirgunamayeir bhavairebhihi sarwamidam Jagath mohitham ".  Says  Lord Sri Krishna, in Kshethrakshethragna vibhaga yoga.
But, to overcome this domination of nature, one has to put deliberate efforts.
The aspirent of self realisation ,should condition his Mind to become Suddhatma;, because,
Suddhatma  can alone Realise the Supreme mahan atma .
What are those traits of a conditioned  Mind???
A first and foremost  characteristic of a conditioned mind is  a  a serene ,peaceful  behaviour.
A cool and composed behaviour, which generated  by  controling the sences, is seen in all
Conditioned minds. Those with prashanthama  behave very poised, look very pure in thoughts,
Devoid of the  Dualities of this world. This is said in Dhyanayoga, in the below verse........

  Jitathmanaha  prashanthasya Paramathma  samahithaha
   Sheethoshna sukha duhkheshu thadhamanapamanayoh

Self controlled  person  whose mind is perfectly serene  in the pairs of opposites ;,treats  joy and sorrow equally, ;feels cold and heat equally, ; considers honour and dishonour equally.
He behaves like a Yogi, who is unmoved under various circumstances of dual nature.the same
Mentioned in Bhakti yoga as below.........

    Samaduhkha sukhah  swasthah samaloshtascha  Kanthana!
    Thulyapriyapriyo  dheerasthulyanindathma samsthuthihi

A conditioned Mind  exhibits wisdom in every aspect of Life. He looks upon friends and foes,
relatives and non relatives, honour and ignominy, the virtuous and sinful with the same eyes.
A self controlled person does all actions with a selfless attitude, attributing the results as God driven, and God given.
The same is expressed in Bhakti Yoga as below...........

   Manapamanayohsthulyasthulya   Mithraripakshayoh
    Sarvarambhaparithyagi   GuNatheethaha    Sa  uchyathe.

These charectoristics of highly conditioned, exalted souls are beyond thriguNas .
These yogis renounce the sence of doer ship for their actions, raise above thriguNas.
These elated great minds prepare themself ready for Self Realisation.
Shun the sence of ' I ', u can see the shining Supremebeing.

                    Bhagavanuvacha
