An easy way to catch God's attention

As  a small baby crys  to grab mother's  attention, so do we  pray God to catch his attention.

            Ananyaschintayanto mam Ye janah paryupAsathe
THesham nithyabhi yuktanam yoga kshEmam vahAmyaham

"I look after the welfare and maintainance of those persons who worship Me with Meditation, thinking nothing else than Me." Says Lord  Sri Krishna in  Rajavidya  raja
Guhyayoga.

"    AnanyachEthaha sathatham yo mam smarathi nithyathaha
Thasmaham sulabhaha PArdha nityayuktasya Yoginaha "

Whosoever remembers Me with unflinching devotion, regularly, daily, for that Yogi, I surrender very easily ,says Lord Sri Krishna.to come into God's glance, one should
Always pray Him,untiringly.
He who sees Me everywhere and sees all things in Me, does not loose sight of Me, nor do I of him........says Lord in Dhyana yoga.,sixth chapter. Of Gita.  ( sloka given below )

Yo mam pasyathi sarvathra  sarvacha mayi  pasyati
ThasyAham na praNasyAmi  sa cha Mae  na  praNasyathi

The above mentioned all  slokas emphasise only one point, ie.' devotion '.
Selfless devotion is the ultimate 'sutra ' which grabs God's glance.
Once ur in the survialence of that supreme consciousness,  everywhere u see that only,,
The Supreme Self.  That Supreme Mind connects to  U.  Such a simple  method it is ,suggested
By  Lord for Self enlightenment,. ( self realisation )
God's glance makes one to experience the ultimate Bliss.
God's  glance makes one to realise the peace eternal, and the Truth eternal.
Very simple formula to grab His attention is orienting ur Mind always towards him.

How Food desides our behaviour?

We are all aware of a  fact that nature of any person is desided by thriguNas . Satva, Rajas, Thamas  are three gunas, which together constitute Moha Maya, that, which envelops the universe. Our temperment is desided by the GuNa which is predominant
In us.  To be brief, anybody's behaviour is directly related to his guNa, guNa related to the food he takes in.
                           " Ayahu:-Satva balArogya sukha preetivivardanaha
                             RasyAha: snigdhaha:sthirA hrudyA AhAraha: sAtvikA"

The foods that  augment life, energy, strength , health ,happiness and joy, and which  r savoury,
Nourishing and agreeable  r liked by  Sattvikas.

                                     Katavamla-LavaNathushNa- theeshNa-ruksha- vindathinaha
                                     AhAra rAjasasyEsta duhkha- sokAmaya -pradA:

The  foods that r very bitter, sour ,hot , Saltish, spicy, pungent r liked by the Rajasikas and r
productive of pain, grief and disease.

"    YAta-YAmam gatarasam  Puuti paryushitam cha yatu
Vuchchistamapi chamEdhyam bhajan am thamasa - priyaha."

The food that is  pretty cold, worthless, stale, impure, partly eaten is liked by the Thamasika .
It is the food which we eat impacts our  personality, our behaviour , our charector .
To certain extent, food influences our acts.
Satvikahar develops soft nature and pure thoughts, soft thoughts lead to pure actions, pure actions result positive energy. Positive energy once again leads pure thoughts while completing the  cycle. This is  a cycle  of thought , action ,energy.
We all should eat such a kind of food which gives positive energy.
While taking food, one has to keep in mind the importance this cycle of thought, action ,energy.
Non-veg gives negative energy; hence, it is better to avoid non- veg.
One should acess what kind food helps him to evolve to greater heights and what dissolves him? Discrimination  of good food and bad food desides our total personality.
To be pure or impure is in our hands. To be dear to God or not is in our hands.
Think twice before u consume food.
